At ISS, you ensure the proper functioning of modern buildings. As a building technician, you ensure the perfect operation of electrotechnical or HVACSE systems (heating, sanitary, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety, and efficiency at all times.Tasks:- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance on technical installations (Air handling units, boilers, heat pumps, sanitary, and other HVAC) in shift work (2x8)- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustment of technical installations- Management of subcontracted work- Compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental rules in all work- Intervene in a protected environment, humidity and overpressure adjustment- Keeping intervention reports and files up to date, reporting on projects in building maintenanceProfile:- CFC or equivalent in building maintenance (thermal engineering or similar)- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment- Proficiency in French, English is a plus- Very good experience in the management and technical monitoring of small construction sites- Very good command of standard tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Highly developed customer service sense- Good resistance to stress and flexibilityReady for us?
