For one of our clients in Neuchâtel and under the direct authority of the HVAC Chief Technician, we are looking for an HVAC Technician at 100%.In the context of your duties, you will work on industrial, commercial, and hotel sites to ensure:- Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of installations entrusted to you;- Maintenance of HVAC equipment: chillers, direct expansion systems (Split, multi, VRV), fan coils, air handling units, cooling towers;- Detection and reporting of malfunctions, particularly those related to energy efficiency, in a logic of energy transition;- Rigorous tracking of your interventions via the CMMS;- On-site interventions, including as part of the on-call service;- Handling of non-conformities on the installations for which you are responsible;- Strict compliance with health and safety rules, ensuring the safety of people and installations.Your profile:- You have a technical background in the HVAC field (CFC or equivalent);- You have solid skills in HVAC, as well as in aeraulics and hydraulics;- You are authorized to handle refrigerants, in accordance with current regulations;- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment;- You demonstrate a good team spirit, while being capable of working autonomously;- You have an excellent sense of service and good communication skills.What we offer you:- A program of various social benefits.EquansAs a leader in global solutions for buildings and energy in Switzerland, we support the performance and sustainability of our clients and work together on the energy transition.
