As part of the development of its activities, Steriparc is looking for a motivated and autonomous person to strengthen its team.

Your mission

As an HR Specialist, you provide active support in the operational management of human resources and participate in the smooth running of HR processes, from employee onboarding to their administrative follow-up. You actively contribute to compliance with HR requirements and quality standards, notably through rigorous management of documentation and monitoring of staff qualification and training certificates, in a regulated and regularly audited environment.

You will contribute in particular to the following activities:

Recruitment and integration

  • Participate in defining recruitment needs with managers.
  • Write and publish job offers on appropriate channels.
  • Sort applications. Organise interviews and invitations.
  • Participate in job interviews. Ensure follow-up of applications.
  • Contribute to the integration of new employees.

Personnel administration

  • Create and maintain personnel files.
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments and administrative documents.
  • Monitor probation periods, contractual deadlines and absences.
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of the employee lifecycle, from entry to exit.

Payroll management, in support

  • Collect, verify and prepare variable payroll data.
  • Collaborate with the payroll department or external provider.
  • Participate in payroll element checks.
  • Respond to employee questions related to payroll statements.

HR support

  • Participate in HR projects related to processes, tools and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to internal HR communication.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable legal provisions.

Your profile

You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a Commercial Employee or equivalent training.

You have proven experience in a human resources department.

You are fluent in French; knowledge of German and/or English is an asset.
