HR Specialist for Preschool, 80% Your key responsibilities: Provide technical support to preschool structure managers on all HR matters, in accordance with the policies defined by the HR Department. Educate and advise on current HR issues. Participate in the recruitment process within your sector. Manage the employee life cycle (onboarding, monitoring, exit) in collaboration with structure managers. Oversee the management of personnel in your work sector, including various correspondences, operation of HR tools (notably work time management), and assist in the implementation of HR projects related to personnel, processes, and skills development. Participate in the development of prevention policies and workplace quality of life. Monitor HR activities in your sector and provide analyses to the HR Department. Collaborate closely with the HR Department on transversal projects. Actively contribute to a caring team culture. Requirements: Federal diploma in HR specialist or equivalent title and/or experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with solid knowledge of HR and personnel management. Very good knowledge of labor law and HR (including payroll). Proficiency in digital and HR tools (MS Office, HRIS, payroll software such as Abacus). Excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple cases concurrently. Ability to apply and enforce HR procedures reliably and with discernment. Good service orientation and listening skills. Team spirit, demeanor, and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Autonomy in task execution, with the ability to refer and escalate to management.
