HR Partner (80% – Temporary Position until the end of September) Your impact in this role As part of an HR team of 6 people and under the head of the Human Resources Department, you are at the heart of human dynamics. As an HR partner, you are a privileged interlocutor for the heads of departments under your responsibility. Your role is to support them in their decisions and human stakes while ensuring a coherent and fair application of the HR policy of the organization. Specifically, you: - Advise and support managers in daily HR management and sensitive issues; - Prepare HR decisions submitted to the Municipality; - Actively participate in recruitment for various profiles within the organization; - Provide your expertise in managing long-term absences; - Contribute to personnel planning and the evolution of job descriptions; - Ensure the reliability of HR data and update the HR management information system; - Participate in projects aimed at developing the work environment.You work closely with the teams and in close collaboration with the management team. Profile that will make a difference You are someone capable of combining HR rigor, advisory skills, and emotional intelligence. You possess, in particular: - A federal diploma in HR specialization, a master's degree in work psychology, or equivalent; - At least 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or as an HR generalist; - Proven experience in managing sensitive issues; - Solid knowledge of labor law and social insurance; - Excellent mastery of French.
