## Job Description ##

* **Collaborate** with **leadership** to align HR strategies with business **objectives**.
* Provide guidance to **leadership** on talent management, skills development.
* Provide expertise to **leadership** on organisational change, participating in managing key projects such as system standardisation and workflows.
* **Lead** employee relations initiatives to ensure compliance and a positive workplace culture.
* **Support** recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers and directors to identify talent needs.
* Facilitate and animate training and development programs such as workshops to enhance employee performance.
* Participate in implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company's strategy.
* Act as a **trusted** advisor to employees and **leadership**.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* 5-8 years experience as HR Business Partner,
* Educational background in human resources,
* Proficiency in German and in English,
* Experience in an technological, engineering, industrial or lifescience fields is an asset,
* Expertise in talent management and in organisational change,
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with **leadership** and across all levels of the organisation.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
* Proficiency in using HR systems and tools.
