HR & Payroll Manager (at 60%)CompanyIn the context of the departure of our HR Business Partner and the evolution of our HR department, we are recruiting an HR & Payroll Manager to join our team. Following the recent insourcing of payroll management, this position occupies a central place in our organization with a strong focus on HR administration and payroll processing.HR & Payroll Manager (at 60%)Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will take on the following responsibilities:Payroll management (approximately 50–60% of the position):- Complete and autonomous processing of monthly salaries – 130 employees- Management of variable elements (absences, overtime, bonuses, etc.)- Management of social security and insurance (AVS, LPP, APG, IJM)- Coordination with our partners- Monitoring of salary changes and updating of data in the system- Liaison with insurance funds via our HR softwareHR Administration:- Drafting and management of employment contracts, amendments, and work certificates- Management of work permits, family allowances, and AVS- Monitoring of the employee life cycle (entries, exits, etc.)- Participation in onboarding and offboarding- Primary contact for employee questions regarding HRTransversal HR:- Contribution to the continuous improvement of processes- Ad hoc participation in HR projects (HRIS tools, internal procedures, etc.)This position is a permanent contract at 60% (ideally 3 days per week).Desired profile:- Confirmed experience in payroll management in Switzerland (minimum 2–3 years)- Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance- Proficiency in payroll software (ideally Crésus); any other HRIS experience is an asset- Discretion and sense of confidentiality- Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit jid9e4fa1baen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
