For an important Family Office/Fiduciary in the regionPayroll and Social Insurance SpecialistWe are looking for a Payroll and Social Insurance Specialist Fr/Eng 80%-100%Your tasks:- Monthly payroll processing in collaboration with the accounting department;- Monitoring of loss of earnings, accident, and occupational pension insurance;- Monthly and annual work and statements;- Management of all formalities related to the arrival and departure of staff;- Assistance in the preparation of employment letters and other contractual documents;- Assistance with residence permit applications;- Preparation and monitoring of work certificates;- Monitoring of leave, military leave, and unpaid leave;- Preparation of payments for clients, particularly in connection with salaries and charges.Required skills:- Holder of a diploma in payroll and social charges / Commercial CFC in HR;- Ease of communication for all matters concerning clients and their employees;- Excellent level of French and English (min.
