Your responsibilities
Reporting to Management, you are responsible for the smooth running of the housekeeping department and ensure a high level of quality, cleanliness and hygiene throughout the establishment.
You are a professional in hotel housekeeping and wish to progress to a managerial role within a recognised establishment? Our client is looking for their future Housekeeping Manager at 80%, with a planned increase to 100% from May 2027. Reporting to Management, you ensure the smooth running of the department and maintain excellent standards of quality, cleanliness and hygiene throughout the establishment.

Your profile
A true operational manager, you organise, coordinate and supervise all housekeeping activities. You ensure the quality of cleaning of rooms, apartments and common areas, ensure compliance with procedures and manage a team of three chambermaids as well as an external cleaning company. You plan activities according to occupancy, participate in operations when activity requires it and work closely with other departments to guarantee an impeccable customer experience. This role requires a strong presence on site and availability adapted to the needs of the operation, including some weekends.
What we offer you
Holder of a Federal VET Diploma in Housekeeping or equivalent training, you have proven experience in a similar role in hospitality and have a thorough knowledge of organising a housekeeping service as well as hygiene requirements. A hands-on manager, rigorous and organised, you know how to unite a team, enforce high standards and remain operational in a demanding environment.
