It provides care, support, prevention, and health promotion services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to over individuals of all ages, of which 25% are under 65. The specificity of home care work is related to the unpredictability of the context, the variations encountered in socioeconomic and environmental aspects, as well as the psycho-physical aspects. Nurses work autonomously, respecting the life habits, beliefs, values, culture, autonomy, and integrity of clients.Missions and responsibilities:- Take on a lead role within the home care teams' model and act in accordance with the principles of the professional nursing code of ethics.- Provide personalized, comprehensive nursing care autonomously and/or upon medical order, preventive care, and to clients of all ages at home.- Organize medical-social procedures, the care framework, and collaboration with all stakeholders involved in the care of a given client, mobilizing available resources and overseeing care performed or delegated to ASSC.- Work in an interdisciplinary and interprofessional manner, respecting the institution's mission and objectives.- Participate in training and educational activities in nursing or deemed equivalent.Minimum requirements:- X years of professional experience.- Knowledge of the Geneva care network.- Ability to work autonomously as well as in an interdisciplinary team.- Excellent ability to take on responsibilities and solve problems.- Mobility is essential (bicycle / walking / public transport / car).What we offer:At IMAD, we believe that work is essential for well-being.
