For one of our clients, specialised in the health insurance sector located in Lausanne, we are looking for a dynamic and committed talent for the role of
Health Benefits Manager (M/F)
Your responsibilities:
- Receiving, analysing and processing reimbursement requests for outpatient and hospital care
- Verification and settlement of medical invoices according to applicable legal provisions
- Assessment and validation of coverage requests for hospital stays
- Requesting additional information from healthcare professionals if necessary
- Supporting and monitoring hospitalisation files in direct contact with beneficiaries
- Managing written and telephone exchanges with insured persons, care providers and partners
Your profile:
- Experience in the medical, paramedical or pharmaceutical field, certification in health or social insurance is a plus
- Any experience gained within an insurance organisation is highly valued
- Excellent command of oral and written communication in French and English
- Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully
