Then we look forward to hearing from you.Tasks- Telephone consultation regarding health-related questions- Professional, competent, and customer-oriented support- Conducting anamneses and initial medical triage for the medical team- Complete and precise documentation of conversations and collaboration with physicians and external service providers- Active participation in the further development of services and processes- Collaboration in self-organized teams with personal responsibilityYour Profile- Completed training as:- Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)- Pharmacy Assistant- Nursing Specialist (DN II or HF)- Healthcare Specialist (FaGe) with several years of experience in direct patient contact- Good German and French language skills- Enjoyment of modern communication and teamwork, as well as independent work- Interest in actively shaping processes- Willingness to work in shifts (24/7)- Quick comprehension, flexibility, and resilienceYou can expect a varied and responsible task with a high degree of personal responsibility, a 40-hour week, and at least five weeks of vacation.
