Health Advisor Telemedicine with French Language Skills

(80–100%, m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Telephone consultation of patients on health-related questions
• Professional, competent and customer-oriented support on the phone
• Conducting anamneses and initial medical triage to the medical team
• Complete and precise documentation of conversations and consultations
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors and external service providers
• Active participation in the further development of services and processes
• Working in self-organised teams with a high degree of personal responsibility

Your profile

Completed training as:

• Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)
• Pharmaceutical Assistant
• Registered Nurse DN II or HF
• Health Specialist (FaGe) with several years of experience in acute care

You bring with you:

• Professional experience in direct patient contact and good German and French language skills
• Enjoyment in working with modern communication and information systems
• Social competence, empathy, teamwork and initiative
• Enjoyment of independent work as well as active involvement in shaping processes
• Willingness to work in shifts (24/7)
• Quick comprehension, flexibility and resilience

You can expect a varied and responsible role with a high degree of personal responsibility, a 40-hour week and at least five weeks of holiday.
