The Foyer Handicap offers people living with a physical disability adapted living places in its two homes, one in Neuchâtel and the other in La Chaux-de-Fonds. It plays an important role in the Neuchâtel system for people living with a disability and is recruiting for the position of: Sector Manager (M/F) Your Missions - Design, implement, and evaluate individualized and collective projects in the social, civic, cultural, and leisure fields, in line with the needs, resources, and abilities of the residents and in collaboration with other sectors.- Establish a trust-based relationship with residents, based on listening, co-creation of projects, and mutual understanding.- Understand the complexity of each resident's situation and develop interaction methods for tailored and personalized support.- Organize internal activities, outings, camps, holidays, or specific events (often in the evening or on weekends, including outside the canton or abroad) and accompany the residents.- Develop the life of the institution by organizing various activities (Christmas, Easter, ceremonies, etc.).- Ensure that each resident receives the necessary support to exercise their civic rights.- Manage, supervise, and support the sector team, ensuring a positive work dynamic and smooth operation of the sector.- Manage residents' pocket money in relation to the referents, families, and maintain proper bookkeeping for the sector's funds and pocket money.- Ensure the most relevant and comprehensive transmission of all information using available tools (Carefolio, etc.).- Guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and health at work standards in the sector, in line with internal procedures.- Collaborate closely with all sectors of the Foyer to ensure a comprehensive care approach for residents.Your Profile - Degree in social work or a relevant title.- Ideally experience in a similar position.- Excellent capabilities both towards people living with a disability and colleagues from multiple sectors.- Dynamic, positive-minded, and eager to develop projects.Deadline for applications: April 2nd for a start date of July 1st or to be agreed upon.Contact If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge and are interested in this position offering social value with salary conditions subject to the CCT-ES, we invite you to share your interest and submit your application to: Foyer Handicap, HR Department, Rue des Moulins 22, La Chaux-de-Fonds or by email: Write an email. jidcd22793aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
