Description
The Head of Management Control plays a key role in the financial management of the Jura Hospital (H"‘JU). A true partner of the Executive Board, he/she designs and structures the financial planning system, ensures the production of strategic reports, and provides high value-added analyses to support decision-making.

Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Design, develop and industrialise financial and operational dashboards.
- Ensure the production of structured quarterly reports for the Executive Board.
- Produce in-depth variance analyses (budget, forecast) to support decision-making.
- Prepare and present quarterly performance reviews.
- Manage budget and forecasting processes.
- Define and monitor relevant KPIs for hospital activities.
Business Cases and Decision Support
- Lead the preparation and analysis of complex business cases.
- Assess financial impacts, risks and value creation.
- Formulate strategic recommendations to the Executive Board.
- Support operational managers in their financial decisions.
Profile Sought
- Expert in finance and controlling or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a role with high autonomy and exposure to the Executive Board.
- Expertise in financial modelling and data analysis.
- Excellent command of financial management and reporting.
- Experience in a hospital environment would be an asset.
Qualifications
- Ability to work interdisciplinarily and lead projects.
- Leadership and capacity to evolve towards a broader management role.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
