Head Chef / Sous-ChefThis position is aimed at a hands-on person who appreciates team management and wishes to invest long-term in the development of a catering service in full expansion. Our catering service is looking for a passionate and committed Head Chef or Sous-Chef, ready to take on a new challenge within a dynamic company where quality, respect for the product, and team spirit are at the heart of our success. Specialized in receptions, banquets, corporate events, and bespoke services, we create refined cuisine where every detail counts. To strengthen our brigade, composed of several people, we are looking for a personality capable of combining excellence, leadership, and a sense of service.Head Chef / Sous-ChefYour missionAs a true pillar of the kitchen, you participate in the daily management of production and ensure the smooth operation of the brigade. You supervise, support, and motivate the teams to guarantee a high level of quality and consistency in the dishes. In collaboration with management, you contribute to the organization of work, the management of orders and stocks, cost control, as well as the rigorous application of hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP). You also participate in the preparation and service of events of all sizes, ensuring compliance with deadlines, the quality of the dishes, and the proper coordination of teams during events.
