As Head Chef, you are responsible for the culinary vision, the quality of services, and the overall performance of the kitchen activities at Comptoir de Beaulieu, both for the brasserie and the event catering service.
In direct connection with the General Management of Beaulieu SA and the managers of the restaurant and catering service, you oversee all kitchen operations: developing offers, supervising production, organising teams, and cross-managing existing departments, as well as cost management. You ensure strong coherence between the different activities, maintaining a high level of standards while guaranteeing operational efficiency in a dynamic, multi-activity environment.
An experienced manager, you lead, structure, and develop the kitchen teams. You play a central role in transmitting standards, enhancing staff skills, and creating a strong, committed team culture.
A hands-on professional, you are also responsible for optimising resources and managing the economic performance of your area. You ensure cost control, product quality, and the implementation of effective and sustainable processes.
Profile sought
- Minimum 6 to 9 years of kitchen experience, with a strong brasserie focus.
- Proven dual expertise in traditional catering and event catering.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior role (Executive Chef, Head Chef, or confirmed Deputy), ideally in hospitality or an equivalent structure.
- Confirmed experience in team management and multi-activity environments.
- Strong skills in cost management, organisation, and process optimisation.
- Natural leadership, ability to unite and structure an organisation.
- Sharp sense of quality, rigour, and results orientation.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and stress resistance.
- Fluency in French (native or equivalent).
