Location & Hours

Morges - Lausanne region / Monday to Friday during the day - 42 hours per week - Exceptional weekend shifts

 

Responsibilities

    • Supervise and train the kitchen team to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
    • Participate in the creation and development of new dishes and menus.
    • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
    • Manage stocks and orders to optimise costs and minimise waste.
    • Collaborate with other departments to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Diploma in culinary arts or equivalent experience.
    • Previous experience as a Sous-Chef or Deputy Head Chef.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
    • Thorough knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards in Switzerland.
    • Fluency in French; knowledge of German or English is an asset.
