Main Mission

Ensure the technical supervision and motivation of a team of MOD/BEX fitters to guarantee the performance, reliability and compliance of the installations. The role aims for optimal customer satisfaction, strictly respecting safety rules and efficient use of resources.

Main Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the replacement, adaptation and repair of mechanical and electronic components of elevator installations
  • Provide technical supervision of the modernisation (MOD/BEX) fitters team
  • Plan, organise and monitor interventions on various sites
  • Carry out technical surveys for MOD and BEX projects and contribute to their planning
  • Manage material orders and ensure their control upon receipt on site
  • Supervise and participate in the commissioning of modernised installations
  • Train and support technicians on electronic directives and safety standards
  • Provide operational support to the MOD supervisor in site preparation
  • Ensure the handover of modernised or replaced installations to clients, guaranteeing their compliance and satisfaction

Profile Sought

Education & Experience

  • Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as electrician, mechanic-electrician, automation technician or equivalent training
  • Proven experience in the elevator field
  • Experience in management or team supervision is a major asset

Skills

  • Excellent technical knowledge in mechanics and electronics applied to elevators
  • Fluency in French (essential)
  • Valid driving licence in Switzerland (mandatory)
  • Residence in the work region required
