Richemont is looking for a skilled L&D Manager enthusiastic about creating an environment where people are inspired and excited to help write the next chapter for our Maisons.
As part of the Group L&D, you will have to analyze the learning needs from functions, map learning needs to appropriate functional skills, and design, implement, scale and diffuse comprehensive learning & development programs targeted to functional upskilling.
Your first year with us will also require you to play a critical role in our learning ecosystem transformation. Therefore, your knowledge of learning technologies and transforming learning processes will be an added value.
**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
As an L&D Manager, you will work in partnership with other functions to deliver learning programs aligned to functional skill matrices as we move to talent marketplace. You will have excellent knowledge of Learning & Development practices including digital platforms and will have demonstrated experience in designing skill-based curricula and learning paths that improve individual, team and business performance.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
* Build comprehensive learning and development programs for functions, including communication strategy, content & rollout roadmap (launch, delivery, scale, impact)
* Facilitate collaboration & discussions with key stakeholders to identify needs and align goals and objectives
* Bring expertise on methods for measuring and reporting on learner engagement, retention, and application
* Oversee learning systems, processes, and infrastructure with the Director of L&D
* Identify opportunities for improvement or revision.
**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
You have 12-15 years- experience in L&D and are a highly professional individual with the following skills:
* **L&D**: Proven ability to apply ADDIE end to end for a critical function(s), like Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales, HR.
* **Project Management**: Able to apply project management skills to L&D projects, building a pipeline, committing to the pipeline, and delivering it within timeline and budget, identifying and mitigating risks as appropriate.
* **EdTech**: Fair knowledge of educational technologies, up-to-date with changes in this space and key providers.
* **Strong coordinator & collaborator**: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively and consistently with multiple stakeholders across functions, business, HR, vendors.
* **Innovator**: Excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills, not afraid to explore new paths
* **Focused on quality**: Strong attention to details, we need the same care in our learning offerings as we bring to our products.
* **Communication**: Ability to partner with teams from different geographies, culture, and expertise. People development experience is a plus.
