**BACKGROUND**
As part of Group Finance and in close collaboration with various finance project teams, product owners, SMEs and Group Technology, the Group Finance Project Manager will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and delivering projects initiated by the Finance department or impacting the Finance community at a global level.
**How will you make an impact?**
**Reporting to a** **Sr Project Manager** and based in **Bellevue**, this role will be responsible for the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:
**Project Management**
* Organize and mobilize the Finance community in ER Simplification, Finance landscape and S4 Project with resource planning, workshops and change management
* Act as Group Finance SPOC of S4 Initiatives, to ensure finance requirements are included in the wider S4 project
* Support Finance PMO in structuring projects, covering all phases of the project management framework
* Create project plan, including timing and resources
* Plan project meetings and ensure escalation of gaps requiring either change management actions and/or issue resolution
* Establish efficient project communication strategy
* Participate in other global/non-finance projects, acting as a facilitator
* Maintain finance Demand management digital system and manage the project portfolios in coordination with GT PMO
* Control the GT budget for Finance, monitor the actuals, and re-prioritize the projects as per the needs
* Send regular project plan update to all stakeholders, providing visibility on remediation plan if necessary as well as on progress
* Prepare key meetings and corresponding presentations
**Support Business Change Management**
* Prepare business areas for transition to the new ways of working
* Support business in change management approach, sharing best practices
* Communicate the benefits and objectives to collect buy-in from business
* Communicate and track the key performance indicators for benefit realization
**Support the Knowledge Manager**
* Co-create the process flow and define the template according to Group Finance guidelines and core operation model
* Create and communicate the training supports, tools and documents

**Education, experience and core competencies**
* **University degree** in finance, information system, mathematics/statistics or equivalent
* Minimum **5 years- experience** in project management, financial information system or equivalent, ideally gained in a multinational or matrix environment
* Strong knowledge of finance processes and accounting guidelines
* Experience in projects for large matrix organization
* Experience in operational finance or consulting is an asset
* SAP technical skills is required, S4 knowhow is a plus
* **PMP certificate** is a plus
* Proficiency in **English** is required; French or other languages are a plus
