Management ControllerFor nearly 60 years, the Ofac Group has been synonymous with evolution and professionalism. A majority of pharmacies in Switzerland use one or more of the group's products daily. It is notably to allow pharmacies to understand these in the best conditions that the Ofac Group recently launched Abilis, a secure digital platform intended for all healthcare professionals as well as the general public.To strengthen our Finance department, we are looking for a Management Controller.Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for optimizing the processes and costs of our various structures, notably the pharmacies, in direct collaboration with our department dedicated to their management.Autonomous, precise, and curious, you possess good analytical skills and will be able to propose solutions. You will bring competence and experience in order to have solid data to best manage our structures and favorably pursue their development.Main tasks:- Creation and implementation of management and monitoring tools.- Ensuring their proper use.- Regular reporting concerning the activities of the group's companies.- Monitoring of financing and bank flows.- Monitoring of variances between forecast objectives / realized objectives and proposal of corrective actions if necessary.- Participation in the implementation of analytical accounting.- Conducting financial studies.Your profile:- Higher education in finance and controlling with a successful experience of at least 5 years.- Excellent command of the French language.
