Cerutti Toitures SA is a family-run company from Geneva, active for over 100 years in roofing trades and more recently in photovoltaics. This experience in built heritage translates into a comprehensive service: study, design, manufacture, execution, driven by a constant demand for quality and genuine artisanal know-how.

Today, our approximately 120 employees work across all roofing trades: covering, waterproofing, sheet metal work, as well as photovoltaic installations, serving private and public owners, architects, property management companies, and general contractors.

Within our Finance department, we are looking for a professional:

Finance Manager (M/F) at 80-100%

Your tasks:

• Supervise general and analytical accounting, as well as periodic and annual closings
• Produce structured monthly reporting for Management and ensure budget monitoring
• Ensure effective cash management and banking relations
• Supervise payroll management (approx. 120 employees, several collective agreements)
• Guarantee tax and social compliance (VAT, social security, accident insurance, pension fund, withholding tax)
• Manage debtor follow-up and debt collection
• Take an active part in the ongoing ERP change project, within the Finance scope
• Lead and develop the skills of your team

Your profile:

• Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting, HES Bachelor or equivalent training
• 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an SME
• Experience in the construction sector or a technical environment is an asset
• Very comfortable with digital tools and ERPs, an essential criterion for us
• Experience in payroll management with multiple collective agreements appreciated
• Autonomy, rigour and communication skills
• Fluent French
