To strengthen our management team, we are looking for a Finance Manager (100%) capable of combining rigour, vision and a human touch. You will play a strategic role in financial management, planning and activating the institutional network.
Your mission
You are the guarantor of the financial reliability of EMS Les Charmettes. Your work directly supports the quality of services offered to residents, families and the sustainability of the institution.
Your responsibilities
- Supervise accounting records: ensure the accuracy, consistency and reliability of accounting entries.
- Present accounts to management and governance bodies: communicate financial results clearly and in a structured manner.
- Carry out periodic and annual closings: prepare financial statements according to RPC and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Build the institutional budget: co-develop the budget with sector managers and management, in a participative approach.
- Ensure budget monitoring: analyse variances, make recommendations and propose corrective measures as well as adjustments to optimise financial management.
- Develop financial projections: anticipate future needs and support EMS strategic planning.
- Produce statistics and reporting: provide reliable analyses to inform internal decisions and meet external requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and various departments on budgets: work synergistically to develop and optimise the budget.
Manage cash flow: ensure a clear view of financial flows and secure the institution’s liquidity.Activate the institutional network: mobilise partners, support funding initiatives and contribute to development projects.
Profile sought
- Higher education in finance or accounting
- Proven experience in financial management and projections
- Good understanding of public funding and the medico-social sector
- Mastery of accounting techniques and RPC standards
- Strong analytical, forecasting and financial communication skills
- Interpersonal skills, listening, ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to the human and social values of EMS and its philosophy
