Key Responsibilities
Acquire and manage new and strategic customers
Provide active customer support and sell laboratory solutions
Schedule customer meetings, prepare quotes, and maintain customer information in the CRM system
Advise customers on services to ensure long-term business relationships
Your Profile
Completed technical training, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a laboratory-related field
Experience in sales and CRM systems (SAP or similar)
Strong analytical and relationship-building skills
Proactive, commercially minded, able to prioritize and manage time efficiently
Ability to prepare and deliver solution-oriented presentations tailored to client needs
Fluent in German and English, with very good French
