Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage new and strategic customers

  • Provide active customer support and sell laboratory solutions

  • Schedule customer meetings, prepare quotes, and maintain customer information in the CRM system

  • Advise customers on services to ensure long-term business relationships

 

Your Profile

  • Completed technical training, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a laboratory-related field

  • Experience in sales and CRM systems (SAP or similar)

  • Strong analytical and relationship-building skills

  • Proactive, commercially minded, able to prioritize and manage time efficiently

  • Ability to prepare and deliver solution-oriented presentations tailored to client needs

  • Fluent in German and English, with very good French
