Job Description

We are looking for an Experienced Test Manager capable of defining, managing, and enforcing a comprehensive test strategy within an organisational transformation context. As a true reference for quality, compliance, and risk management of digital services, you will participate in one or several projects conducted using both agile and traditional methodologies.

Within our Test Centre, you will work closely with project management, development teams, and business analysts. You will also play an active role in leading the Test Managers community to share best practices and evolve standards.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Management: Define, plan, coordinate, and manage the test strategy based on project risks and requirements.
• Decision-making & Quality: Actively contribute to quality/time/cost trade-offs and produce the quality reporting necessary for "GO / NO GO" decisions.
• Operational Monitoring: Oversee defects, ensure their resolution follow-up, and participate, if necessary, in test preparation and execution.
• Supervision: Manage, support, and motivate testers as well as project teams in adopting quality processes and standards.
• Practice Improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of testing practices and the exploitation of technological innovations, notably artificial intelligence applied to test optimisation.
• Documentation: Ensure the production, implementation, and monitoring of test processes and associated documentation.

Profile Sought

• Higher education in computer science (university Master’s degree, engineering diploma, or equivalent).
• Proven experience of 5 years or more in test management, ideally in an agile context.
• Certification in testing (e.g., ISTQB) required.
• Excellent command of:
  • Jira / Xray (test management and execution);
  • Tricentis TOSCA: strong proficiency with the tool, scenario design (Modules, TestCases, Reusable Components), and repository maintenance;
  • A recognised test management methodology (ISTQB, TMAP, etc.);
  • An agile project management methodology (Scrum).
• Solid experience in implementing processes, quality standards, and risk analysis related to digital services.
• Professional French and English (ability to operate in a multilingual environment).

• Advanced TOSCA skills: Experience in automating functional tests for Web and thick clients with TOSCA, or structuring TOSCA architectures.
