The La Rozavère Foundation brings together four medico-social establishments (EMS). Its system also includes a Preparation and Waiting Structure for Accommodation in EMS (SPAH), an Adapted Housing with Support (LADA), and a Temporary Reception Centre (CAT).

For our Chailly site, we are recruiting a creative and passionate individual as an experienced cook at 100%.

YOUR MISSION

• Ensure the planning, organisation and production of dishes taking into account the specific needs of our residents
• Ensure the quality and presentation of the served dishes
• Comply with hygiene and food safety standards
• Manage stocks and orders of fresh products
• Participate in the creation of new dishes as well as the continuous improvement of the service.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a cook
• With proven experience in catering, you have ideally worked in several hotel establishments
• Collaborative and rigorous, you enjoy working in a team to ensure a quality culinary experience
• You demonstrate good adaptability and your creativity makes the difference.
