Located in an exceptional setting on the shores of Lake Geneva, Café du Manoir is seeking an experienced cook to join its team during the summer season of 2026.

We offer an ideal position for an experienced person wishing to commit to quality brasserie cuisine within a well-known establishment in the region.

Essential requirements:

• Proven experience in brasserie cooking
• Fluent French
• Work permit B
• Residence in the Morges region or nearby (Saint-Prex, Allaman, Lausanne and surroundings)
• 100% availability

The position: You will work under the supervision of the Head Chef and actively participate in the preparation and dispatch of dishes in accordance with the establishment's standards. The work rhythm is mainly concentrated over 4 days per week, with potentially busy days during the high season. Depending on activity, a fifth working day may occasionally be required.

Your duties:

• Preparation and plating of dishes
• Participation in mise en place
• Adherence to recipes and instructions from the Head Chef
• Management of your workstation
• Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
• Participation in cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen
• Collaboration with the entire kitchen team

Your profile:

• Proven experience in brasserie cooking is essential
• Good execution skills and organisational sense
• Flexible and reliable; able to withstand stress and busy periods
• Team spirit and professional attitude
• Excellent command of French
