To complement our accounting service, we are looking for a:

Experienced Accountant

Job description and responsibilities:

• Preparation and verification of management statements
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Quarterly and annual closings
• Account control
• Accounting for rents and tenant updates
• Configuration of buildings, boiler rooms, etc.
• Control and payment of mortgages
• Processing of building arrivals and departures
• Preparation of buyer/seller statements
• Preparation of owner/tenant statements
• Payment of available funds to owners
• Management of separate cash flow
• Accounting for contract commencements and terminations

Your profile:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a property accounting role
• Accounting training
• Excellent command of IT tools
• Organisational skills and sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal skills
