To complete the team within the Intercommunal Group for Extracurricular Activities (GIAP), the Association of Geneva Municipalities (ACG) is looking for an indefinite period:Executive Assistant, Head of GIAP Projects (%)The GIAP is a parapublic institution, attached to the ACG, essential for the balance between family life and professional life. Its mission is to offer quality supervision and activities every day to nearly children. To supervise them, the GIAP can count on more than full-time and part-time staff, spread over 141 locations throughout the canton of Geneva. The management of data related to childcare is carried out via a system X which is updated in real time and allows for the integration of attendance/absence data and childcare particularities transmitted by parents via a secure portal and to relay this information to smartphones directly to the supervisory staff. This system X and the HRIS used by the GIAP are in constant evolution and require in-depth business analyses and the monitoring of complex project portfolios with the Municipalities Service (SIACG) and external partners which will be the responsibility of the assistant:Mission:Under the GIAP Management, project management in collaboration with the SIACG and external partners:- Lead projects on GIAP digital tools and services;- As an expert, conduct research and develop the content necessary for deliverables in the field;- Analyze incidents and vulnerabilities encountered in the field, formulate recommendations and implement solutions;- Identify and anticipate risks and deal with any incident or problem that could interfere with the projects and/or the smooth running of the field mission.Interface between users and developers:- Collect business needs from users;- Ensure the transmission and monitoring of requests to development teams;- Manage GIAP IT processes including the monitoring of inventories (hardware and software).Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes:- Design and lead training sessions in person on digital tools and services, developed internally;- Adapt educational content according to field needs and user feedback;- Support users in problem-solving in order to improve and develop support materials and training modules.We offer you:- A collegial and relaxed working atmosphere in a caring and motivating work environment;- Attractive employment conditions within the Association of Geneva Municipalities;- Joining a dynamic service in which your skills and personality will be highlighted and you will thus be able to actively contribute to the development of the GIAP in the canton of Geneva.Required experience and skills:- Bachelor's degree, federal certificate, IPMA level X minimum in the aforementioned fields or equivalent titles;- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management;- Mastery of digital tools and mobile environments;- Ability to popularize technical concepts;- Sense of autonomy and analytical mind;- Swiss nationality or work permit.Profile:- You have a dynamic personality and you know how to work with complete autonomy on complex projects;- You possess a spirit of analysis and synthesis, you are very organized, and you have a concern for quality.Start date: September 1st or to be agreed uponIn order to optimize processing time, your complete application (CV, copies of diplomas and work certificates) must be sent only via the online form.
