Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and documentation support to the Board Member and team

  • Manage correspondence, document preparation, filing systems, and order processing

  • Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, contracts, and briefing materials using MS Office

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions

  • Handle internal and external communication to ensure efficient information flow

  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting

  • Support special projects and respond to complex operational inquiries

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English; additional languages are an asset

  • Bachelor's degree or qualification as "Direktionsassistentin"

  • At least 5 years of board-level administrative experience in a multinational environment

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities

  • Structured, proactive, and service-oriented working style
