As part of a temporary reinforcement, our client is seeking an Events Assistant for an initial 2-month assignment, with the possibility of extension up to 6 months. You will join a dynamic team organizing high-level events (conferences, intergovernmental meetings, workshops, etc.) and contribute to the successful delivery of events.Responsibilities:- Provide logistical support for events (room bookings, selection of venues, equipment, participant registration) and ensure proper follow-up.- Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders.- Assist in the preparation of event materials (agendas, participant lists, badges).- Support on-site event delivery and ensure smooth operations.- Contribute to tasks within the team (reporting, documentation).Requirements:- Degree in Events Management, or a related field.- Initial experience in event coordination, ideally within an international environment.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.- Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is an asset.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Service-oriented mindset, flexibility, and team spirit.Benefits:- A rewarding experience within a reputable multicultural and dynamic working environment.- An initial 2-month contract with strong potential for extension to 6 months. jidb03491eaen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
