## Job Description ##

* Provide logistical support for events (room bookings, coordination of venues, equipment, catering)
* Manage participant registrations and ensure proper administrative follow-up
* Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders
* Assist in the preparation of event documentation (agendas, participant lists, materials)
* Support on-site event delivery and ensure smooth operations
* Contribute to administrative tasks within the team (reporting, database updates, etc.)





## The Successful Applicant ##

* Degree in Events Management, Communications, International Relations, or a related field
* Initial experience in event coordination, ideally within an international environment
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is an asset
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Service-oriented mindset, flexibility, and team spirit
