Your responsibilities: Participate in the development and implementation of the sustainable development policy of Geneva Airport; Support and act as an environmental expert for the Infrastructure project managers in the framework of Geneva Airport projects: follow-up on environmental issues at each SIA phase of the project, environmental impact studies, or construction environmental monitoring; Work on the evolution of the waste management concept and keep waste databases up to date, supervise the functioning of waste disposal sites and collection points on site, including aspects related to special waste; Participate in the implementation of projects related to sustainable mobility (mobility plan) and assess the impact of airport activities on air quality; Lead or participate in projects in other environmental areas, including water management (monitoring and measuring water quality, implementing measures in case of pollution), soil management, and major risk prevention (brief OPAM report); Ensure environmental and sustainable development criteria are met within the different procedures and projects carried out by Geneva Airport (tender policy, related projects, etc.); Manage and shape environmental indicators for monitoring purposes (KPIs, dashboard) and follow audits in collaboration with authorities; Contribute to the development of the environmental dimension and ensure environmental compliance in cross-functional projects; You hold a higher education degree (master's level) in a field related to environmental protection and have at least 5 years of confirmed experience in environmental management and project management; Have experience in corporate environmental management, environmental impact studies, and SER; Demonstrate excellent synthesis skills, as well as great proficiency in both writing and oral communication; Work with rigor and know how to lead projects autonomously; Show agility, a keen sense of teamwork, and an ability to collaborate across functions; Exhibit excellent time and priority management; Be able to work in English (knowledge of German is an asset); Have a good knowledge of georeferenced systems, especially ArcGIS.
