Engineer / Continuous Improvement Project Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
- Analyse industrial needs and define performance objectives
- Optimise productivity and efficiency of manufacturing lines
- Standardise processes and disseminate best practices within teams
- Identify areas for improvement and manage industrialisation projects
- Deploy and support Lean tools on site
- Set up and monitor performance indicators, analyse deviations
- Identify non-conformities and define corrective actions
- Contribute to the development of industrial methods
- Conduct technological watch on production tools
- Participate in internal audits in collaboration with quality
Candidate Profile
- Higher education (Engineer or ES Technician)
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in an industrial environment
- Expertise in highly complex processes or products
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Experience in machining is an asset
- Strong field orientation, analytical and synthetic mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Autonomy, rigour, flexibility, and organisational skills
- Initiative and solution-oriented approach
- You hold a driving licence and are willing to travel within the region
