Responsibilities

• Analyse industrial needs and define performance objectives
• Optimise productivity and efficiency of manufacturing lines
• Standardise processes and disseminate best practices within teams
• Identify areas for improvement and manage industrialisation projects
• Deploy and support Lean tools on site
• Set up and monitor performance indicators, analyse deviations
• Identify non-conformities and define corrective actions
• Contribute to the development of industrial methods
• Conduct technological watch on production tools
• Participate in internal audits in collaboration with quality

Candidate Profile

• Higher education (Engineer or ES Technician)
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in an industrial environment
• Expertise in highly complex processes or products
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
• Experience in machining is an asset
• Strong field orientation, analytical and synthetic mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Autonomy, rigour, flexibility, and organisational skills
• Initiative and solution-oriented approach
• You hold a driving licence and are willing to travel within the region
