With the goal of joining our formidable team, we are looking for a professional who not only possesses the skills and a passion for hospitality, but who also adheres to our leadership principles: transparency, responsibility, benevolence, and agility.Team Leader - ElectricityThe mission of the Team Leader is to ensure the reliability, performance, and compliance of the campus electrical infrastructures. They guarantee proactive and service-oriented maintenance, coordinate teams and technical resources, contribute to the energy efficiency of facilities, and act as an electrician in accordance with article 13.Responsibilities:- Supervise, organize, and develop a team of technicians in a culture of quality, safety, and service.- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the availability of electrical installations.- Coordinate the interventions of internal teams and external service providers while ensuring the quality of work.- Manage emergency interventions and effectively prioritize actions in a demanding environment.- Ensure the monitoring of electrical compliance and organize periodic OIBT inspections.- Pilot small technical projects as well as the monitoring of quotes, orders, and interventions.- Use and optimize CMMS tools to improve the tracking of interventions and service performance.- Contribute to the energy efficiency of the campus by identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.- Analyze electrical installations and propose sustainable solutions guaranteeing their long-term performance.- Act as the campus electricity expert and contribute to the renewal and investment strategy of the department.Profile:- You hold a Federal Diploma as an Electrical Project Manager in installation and safety, a Federal Master's degree in electricity, or an equivalent qualification.- You have confirmed experience of 5 to 10 years in electrical maintenance, ideally in a complex tertiary environment (campus, hospitality, hospital environment, or equivalent).- You have solid knowledge of standards and regulatory requirements.- You have successful experience in supervising technical teams and managing projects.- You have a good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance issues.- You have experience in using a CMMS tool or the ability to adopt it quickly.- You are recognized for your sense of service, your responsiveness, and your rigor.- You are capable of organizing, motivating, and developing a team in a culture of quality and safety.- You are comfortable managing priorities, needs, and continuous improvement of processes.- You are a French speaker and possess good knowledge of English (B2).What we offer:- We offer you a permanent position within a dynamic sector of an educational institution, with exceptional benefits for employees, including subsidized meals, a generous number of vacation days, a parking space or a contribution related to public transport, as well as access to various services and facilities.- We offer you responsibility, challenges, and encouragement to help you achieve your professional goals.- We offer you the possibility to have a concrete impact on a growing institution and to take pleasure in being part of a passionate, multidisciplinary, and international team.Due to the summer holidays, our school will be closed for three weeks.
