Deployed across multiple sites, the Institution of Lavigny consists of a neurological hospital with two sites, two residential departments for adults with disabilities, one with intellectual disabilities and the other with physical disabilities, a specialized school, and a living sector and department in recruitment. The Les Epices sector is made up of three living spaces each accommodating 8 aging adults living with intellectual disabilities accompanied by associated disorders and epilepsy. The Les Epices sector requires daily support in the living spaces. Generally, all individuals welcomed in this sector have great fragility and substantial needs for assistance. Consequently, they have significant support needs in all daily living activities. Their essential mission is to accompany the residents and organize daily life in the living environment, share and animate their daily lives while prioritizing trust and respect. Ensure the physical and psychological well-being of the residents and promote their skills and social roles. Carry out daily nursing care and, when applicable, delegated medical acts. Observe the resident's health daily and act appropriately according to needs (intervention, calling the care center and doctor, colleagues, and following up according to the implemented personal projects based on the general goals and objectives of the living space set during the interdisciplinary project meeting). Work closely with the day team, the night team, and external stakeholders in a spirit of interdisciplinarity. Encourage and develop collaboration with families and legal representatives. Participate in sector and living space projects as well as their development in the quality of care for residents and the conditions under which they are delivered. Specialized profile of level ES or HES in the social domain or in pedagogy marked to accompany the person in a successful logic and experience of several years in supporting individuals with disabilities. Demonstrated ability to work in interdisciplinarity and marked sensitivity to preventive aspects and essential conduct.
