Its reality is to support men and women aged 20 to 80 years living with intellectual disabilities and predominant behavioral disorders. They also need assistance in their daily lives (developing their care/hygiene, etc.).This is a demanding job, but we believe in the power of listening, empathy, and innovation to help positively evolve complexities. If you are ready to take on this human challenge, here is your mission:- Daily support for individuals with behavioral disorders, combining kindness and firmness.- Ensure their physical and psychological well-being, monitor their health, and intervene quickly if needed (nurse, general practitioner present within the institution).- Be a trustworthy reference, capable of understanding the emotions behind the actions.- Build and adapt customized individual projects, sometimes on a day-to-day basis.- Collaborate with a passionate, supportive, and open multidisciplinary team.- Encourage and maintain good relationships with families and legal representatives, to manage unforeseen events calmly, and ensure a balanced position.- Participate in the development of tools for...You are a specialized professional at ES or HES level or equivalent.
