Carouge, a civic city, a cultural city and a city resolutely oriented towards the future, is looking to fill positions within its Childhood Service, between 80%-100%. Since January 1st, childcare spaces (Éves) have been fully integrated into the City as part of a process concerning careers, management, and oversight of the nine structures for small children. Under the responsibility of the structure's management, you will primarily be responsible for: - Welcoming, supporting, and managing a group of children; - Planning and proposing activities; - Participating in the implementation of a pedagogical project led by the structure on a daily basis; - Collaborating to establish and maintain a favorable environment for the development of each child within the group; - Establishing a relationship with parents and/or any resource person; - Sharing and exchanging knowledge, analyses, and reflections with other professionals; - Collaborating closely and actively with partners in the internal network. REQUIREMENTS: Diploma in childhood education, or equivalent recognized in Switzerland, or holding a valid work permit; enthusiasm and a strong team spirit; a sense of public service and welcoming mission; position starting as soon as possible or Class 7 (early childhood grid based on 35 days).
