The HR policy of HUG is founded on the development of skills and career paths in line with institutional needs and focuses on considering the individual, work-life balance, and health and safety.The HUG nurseries consist of two sites with gardens, one located on the Belle-Idée estate in Chêne-Bourg and the other near the cantonal hospital, as well as a daycare primarily intended for children of employees. The nurseries of HUG are corporate nurseries reserved for the children of employees. As an educator for young children, you will welcome and care for children aged 4 months to 5 years, applying the pedagogical approach defined in the institutional project of the HUG nurseries. You will ensure individualized support based on the needs and development of the children and participate in the implementation of the project inspired by the work of Emmi Pikler. You will guarantee the safety of the children by continuously creating an environment conducive to their development.To achieve this, you will work as part of a team with a needs-centered approach. You must hold a diploma in early childhood (or equivalent) issued by ESEDE or a diploma that allows you to hold this position in a nursery in the canton of Geneva. You must also have additional professional experience.
