It is in the safety of the family environment that the educator advises, supports, and designs individualized projects. Collaboration with the family is key, as well as interaction with all professionals, institutions, parents, and other individuals involved in the child's life. With autonomy, you primarily act with children and their families: You engage with 6 to 12 children and their families: you take into account the specific abilities and difficulties of the child and their surroundings, you propose activities that promote development, and you prepare them for school entry. You support and assist parents in their roles according to their needs, contribute within the team to the development of synergies and exchange of good practices, and enjoy joining a model of distributed management: you support a distributed structure where decision-making power and responsibility are shared within the team. We are looking for a person who: Has professional knowledge allowing them to be a reference for the child, educators, families, and other stakeholders, ideally has completed training in specialized early childhood education (MAEPS) or holds a recognized title, has successful and fulfilling experience as a specialized early childhood educator, enjoys working collaboratively with families, sharing with peers, and contributing to a positive work environment, has the ability to work autonomously, possesses ease in working with tools, has a good sense of collaboration and communication, has an interest in distributed governance and a team functioning based on shared responsibility, transparency, and collective decision-making, holds a valid driver's license, and you are offered: A work environment promoting autonomy, shared responsibility, and collaboration, interventions primarily in the children's environment, a team of educators operating under distributed governance, where decisions are made collectively by team members, support tools for your work (colloquium, intervision, supervision).
