On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Watchmaking Operator (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

  • You will carry out various watchmaking manufacturing operations on semi-automatic machines.
  • You will sort components using tweezers.
  • You will perform assembly, preparation and inspection work on components.
  • You will lubricate components using a binocular microscope and the naked eye.
  • You will maintain equipment and carry out level 1 maintenance.
  • You will ensure production monitoring according to defined standards.
  • You will read technical plans.
  • You will guarantee the quality and quantity of the produced parts.

Your profile:

  • You ideally have experience in the watchmaking field.
  • You wish to take on a new challenge in a new field.
  • Profiles with excellent manual dexterity are also welcome, especially with experience in: aesthetics, sewing, hairdressing, painting or any profession requiring precision, meticulousness and attention to detail.
  • You demonstrate versatility and are able to handle several activities.
  • You enjoy teamwork and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You can, if necessary, work in 2x8 shifts.
  • You live less than 45 minutes from Biel/Bienne.
