You will ensure all operations related to the IT equipment lifecycle, from receipt to redistribution or withdrawal.

Your main responsibilities:

• Receive, check, store and dispatch IT equipment
• Ensure the monitoring of service requests and operational tickets
• Guarantee traceability of flows and stock data reliability
• Prepare and organise equipment deliveries and returns
• Participate in inventories and discrepancy checks
• Contribute to the secure management of sensitive equipment
• Maintain clean, organised storage areas compliant with safety regulations
• Participate in deployment, return and refurbishment operations of IT equipment
• Work closely with internal teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of logistical processes

• Technical or logistical training (CFC or equivalent)
• Experience in a logistics or IT environment (an advantage)
• Proficiency with IT tools (ERP, ITSM, office software)
• Good understanding of technical environments
• Ability to handle equipment and work in an operational environment
• Residence in the canton of Vaud mandatory
• Category B driving licence required; C / R or S licence an asset
• Rigour and organisational skills
• Autonomy and reliability
