You are responsible for the operational and administrative management of IT supply and stock flows.

Your main tasks:

• Manage supplies and track orders until receipt and closure
• Ensure the management and reliability of equipment stocks and associated resources
• Handle tickets and service requests within your scope
• Guarantee full traceability of equipment movements
• Participate in inventories, analyse discrepancies and ensure their correction
• Contribute to the monitoring of the equipment lifecycle (commissioning, return, decommissioning)
• Ensure documentary compliance of logistical operations
• Produce and monitor operational performance indicators
• Participate in optimising logistical flows and processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational coherence

• Training in logistics, IT, management or equivalent (CFC / Bachelor)
• Experience in stock management, supply or supply chain
• Good understanding of IT environments and associated tools (ERP, ITSM)
• Ease in managing structured data and processes
• ITIL knowledge (an asset)
• Category B driving licence required, C / R / S licences an asset
• Rigour and attention to detail
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Organisation and priority management
