For one of our clients in the canton of Vaud we are looking for several qualified Sterilisation Technical Assistants and Auxiliaries.

Duration of the assignment: 3 months renewable

Hours: Monday to Friday
5am - 2pm
or
12:30pm - 9:30pm

Rate: 100%

Vehicle required (free parking)

Your mission:

As a key player in the medical device circuit, you will be involved in the entire reprocessing process:

• Ensure the decontamination, washing and packaging of medical devices from the operating theatre and care units
• Operate the autoclaves and specific equipment of the sterilisation department
• Ensure strict compliance with current protocols and standards
• Train, support and raise awareness among teams on best practices
• Provide your technical expertise and act as a key contact for internal services and external partners

Your profile:

You are rigorous, committed and wish to develop in a demanding environment where precision is essential:

• Training as a sterilisation technical assistant (level 1 or 2)
• If no diploma: proven experience in sterilisation and washing of medical devices
• Good knowledge of the operating theatre and/or care environment
• Proficiency in French (minimum B2 level)
• Strong sense of responsibility and respect for procedures
• Organisation, rigour and team spirit
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate information clearly
• Ability to work in a structured and demanding environment

Your working conditions:

• Variable hours: day, evening, weekends and public holidays
• Mandatory wearing of personal protective equipment (coverall, hairnet, mask, gloves)
• Technical environment requiring constant vigilance and precision
