Responsibilities

• Support Swiss and international clients on corporate law matters (formation, restructuring, governance)
• Participate in M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating SPAs, SHAs and other transactional documents
• Advise on corporate governance aspects (boards of directors, general meetings, restructurings)
• Coordinate complex files with internal stakeholders and external counsel in a multi-jurisdictional environment

Candidate Profile

• Less than 5 years of experience in corporate law (ideally in a law firm)
• Admitted to the Swiss bar (essential)
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written); German is a strong asset
• Strong legal expertise, analytical mindset and client/business orientation
• Ability to work autonomously on complex files and collaborate within a team
