## Job Description ##

* Manage corporate secretarial matters for multiple jurisdictions, ensuring strong governance standards
* Support corporate structuring initiatives, including potential relocation of headquarters and international expansion
* Contribute to compliance and internal audit topics in collaboration with global teams
* Assist on cross-border investments and projects, particularly in growth regions
* Gradually support the review and negotiation of trading and commercial contracts

## The Successful Applicant ##

* 3-8 years of experience in corporate law, ideally within an international environment (law firm or in-house)
* Swiss-qualified lawyer (essential requirement)
* Strong command of English (mandatory); French is a plus
* Hands-on, adaptable, and business-oriented mindset with the ability to work across multiple topics
* Solid exposure to corporate governance and a strong interest in trading activities
