We are looking on behalf of our client, a property management company based in Lausanne, for a real estate accountant to independently manage a portfolio of buildings.

Your main duties:

* Complete management of the accounting for a portfolio of managed buildings
* Monitoring receipts (rents), supplier invoices and payments (owners, service providers)
* Preparation of management statements (quarterly, annual) and participation in closings
* Management of heating statements and allocation of charges
* Accounting follow-up of condominiums (invoicing, charges, co-ownership accounts)
* Management of concierge salaries and social obligations
* Follow-up of tenant files (receipts, arrears) and coordination with managers/owners
* Supervision of a junior accountant

Your profile:

* Federal VET diploma in commercial business (accounting option), federal certificate an advantage
* Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate accounting in Switzerland, ideally in property management
* Good command of real estate accounting and management/heating statements
* Comfortable with IT tools (IMMOB8 or equivalent a plus)
* Rigorous, autonomous and reliable person, with good organisational and prioritisation skills
* Good interpersonal skills and analytical mind
